Happy Monday, today I have been reminiscing about Thailand and wishing I could be back there. 😭 In the photo is some coconut ice cream in a coconut shell topped with lychee and mango. I can not believe that I has been a month since I went there.
Today was good, I have been slightly stressed because I have loads to tests coming up before half term holiday. I got my maths test back today and I got a good score so I don’t have to worry about that now at least.
Leg day today and I hit some PRs, squat 5 reps at 60kg and deadlift for 5 reps at 60kg. The squats got slightly too shallow at the end but it means that I am starting to regain my strength that I lot on holiday. Now I can continue to perfect my technique.
